Artist Statement
My creative expression is an outlet for processing my lived experiences and offers a special way to connect with others through shared identities and perspectives. I believe that the act of creating is a liberatory practice essential to dismantling oppression and sustaining community. I aim to make art without expectation of audience perception, navigating this practice as a way to more intentionally connect with the energy source that surrounds us all.
